so the silly season is upon us and there is much merriment and festivities to take part in...and i was mindful today that not everyone celebrates this holiday period and for some it is the worst time of year, whether you have "family" (bio or chosen) or not.

so for me this year my christmas wish is for people to be mindful that the person standing next to you may be having a hard time. if you recognize this in someone, be it someone you know or a random stranger, say hello and wish them well better yet give them a hug....it's not that hard to show a small kindness.
