dial a distraction

ok so i'm better...over my little slump and on the mend.
have come accross a new author i'm loving at the moment - Jim Grimsley author of Dream Boy which has just recently been made into a feature film. beautiful handling of coming out stories and not afraid to shy away from hard issues.

i've fallen in love with Aaron Sorkin...

never got to see the West Wing when it was on telly but i've gotten into watching the series on dvd and i'm hooked. i can now see why the awards came pouring in...great cast and most importantly intelligent, well written and witty...i swear sometimes i have to rewind because the dialogue is so fast and while i'm pissing myself laughing i miss the next lines
